Academic Expectations
Praht Thai School prepares children for National Thai Examinations conducted in Grade 3 and Grade 6 for the Primary level and for common entrance or scholarship level exams to both Thai and International Universities around the world in our secondary school programme.
Our Equivalency platform ensures that our students receive the highest standard of education throughout to remain globally competitive at the premium level.
Included in the curriculum are: Thai, English, Chinese, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Social & Cultural Studies, Music, Drama, Art, Information & Communication Technology, PE and Sports.

The curriculum is reviewed constantly in the light of developments in Curricula both here in Thailand and around the world. We also maintain consistency with Tertiary entrance syllabuses and scholarship requirements. The Head of Academics meets regularly with Heads of Departments to monitor academic standards in the school.
PTS has a policy of recruiting highly qualified full-time staff.

The education we offer at PTS is not narrowly classroom based. We are able to take advantage of all that Thailand has to offer for visits to exhibitions, museums and concerts, and also to invite visiting speakers. The curriculum is further enhanced by regular Geography and Science field trips as well as involvement in interschool opportunities as they arise.
Our standards are demanding but our curriculum design supports this and allows us to inject a sense of fun and purpose throughout.  We work hard to bring out the best in your children.
